Let Atos Origin
install your BlackBerry Server software.
The packaged
BlackBerry Installation service contains 2 visits and a time
limited support agreement. Between the 2 visits the
customer can fulfill all the necessary steps to
prepare the messaging and network infrastructure.
1st
visit:

After completion of the
installation, Atos Origin provides support by means
of post-installation issues. (max 4 hours and 2
months after installation)
At additional costs, Atos Origin
provides VIP training for e.g. Board members with
special explanation to operate the device and all
the functions of the BlackBerry. The VIP training
are provided for groups (max. 4 persons) or
one-on-one.
When you decide
to let Atos Origin install your BlackBerry
Enterprise Server, you also can order a BlackBerry
Support contract for the complete management of your
BlackBerry Infrastructure.
